Dunfermline eastern expansion

Mulholland Contracts have been involved in this ambitious project for some years now and have succesfully worked with Taylor Woodrow Developments , Barratt, Miller, Ogilvie, Redrow, Persimmon, Charles Church and Bellway.

This huge area of previously undeveloped land offered an array of civil engineering challenges including retainment of adjacent ground, piling, dewatering, split level units, recycling of rock and management of soils. The Eastern Expansion is an ongoing project which Mulholland will continue to be involved with.
