Mulholland Contracts Ltd worked in conjunction with the client and consultant engineers to deliver a stunning development of executive dwellings on the site of the old City Hospital in Edinburgh.

This multi million pound project was completed to the satisfaction of the client with regard to cost , programme, site safety and build quality.

Mulholland Contracts role included the construction of roads, sewers, multiple foundation solutions, drainage structures, substructures, service installation and externals.
