Multi Utility Technical Administrator
Mulholland Utilities is part of the Mulholland Group of companies. We are a well-established and growing multi-faceted Construction Group encompassing Groundworks, Surfacing and Utilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Log enquiries
- Apply for CSEP
- Apply for POC’s
- Apply for AV’s
- Accept POC / CSEP quotes
- Accept AV quotes
- Collate RFI information for Design
- Submit RFI post acceptance and manage process for MPAN & MPRN
- Submit designs for approval

- Knowledge of the Multi Utilities business and processes.

- Ability to analyse problems and offer solutions.
- Prioritisation and responsibility skills.
- Good communicator.
- Able to work on their own initiative, within established procedures and as part of our busy team

Skills and Knowledge
- Good negotiator.

- Good understanding of the Multi Utilities installation process and systems.
- Excellent IT skills including the use of software such as Radar/ SNAP / Windeb
- MS Office
- Able to work on their own initiative and deal with changes at short notice.
Education
Holder of relevant vocational qualifications.
