Mulholland Utilities is part of the Mulholland Group of companies. We are a well-established and growing multi-faceted Construction Group encompassing Groundworks, Surfacing and Utilities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients/developers to schedule in work being called off – including mainlaying, water testing, FM144/RO and service connections
  • Effectively plan and schedule in work in our diary, managing our availability
  • Submit applications and work requests to Scottish Water, SGN, SSE etc.
  • Resolve all clients/developers queries
  • Communicate with the contracts manager regularly to arrange site visits
  • Ability to problem solve and deal with unexpected changes to plans and rescheduling
  • Create marked up drawings to go out in work packs
  • Accurately complete as-laid drawings
  • Able to work on their own initiative, within established procedures and as part of our busy team
